We currently do not recognize the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal. For more information on the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. 9. Security
We protect information we collect about you by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to user data retained on our servers and/or on the “cloud” by third party service providers. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information provided online. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information both online and offline. Our servers and/or the third party, cloud-based services that we use to store data are kept in a secure environment.
10. Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account or inquiry is active or as needed to provide you with the Sites, the App or any requested Services, and for a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with our standard procedures or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. 13. Your State Privacy Rights and Additional Disclosures
We want to be straightforward: we do not sell your name, email address, phone number, purchase history, or payment information to third parties. The references to “selling” in this section relate specifically to cookie-based advertising technology, which certain state laws define as a sale.
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have certain privacy rights regarding your personal data. If you are a California resident, please see our "Notice to California Residents" section below.

-
The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
We use cookies and other tracking technologies to display advertisements about our products on other websites, applications, and online services. When we engage in targeted advertising, we may "sell" or "share" personal information (such as information from cookies) to third-party advertisers and analytics companies under certain state privacy laws. We do not use personal data for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.
Please note that we are currently working to implement a mechanism to honor opt-out requests for targeted advertising and the “sale” and “sharing” of your personal information.
If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision per the instructions set forth at www.dierbergs.com/contact-us. You also may contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
