Ingredients

  • 2 slices St Pierre Brioche Loaf
  • 1 egg
  • 1.4 fl oz milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Fresh berries
  • Syrup

Directions

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, then add the egg and the cinnamon.

Lightly whisk until everything fully mixes together.

Pour the mixture into a large, shallow dish (bigger than your slices of brioche).

Melt the butter in a frying pan over low to medium heat. If you’re using oil, simply gently heat in the pan.

Take one of the brioche pieces. Dip both sides of brioche into the egg mixture.

Add the brioche to the frying pan, and cook gently on both sides until they’re golden brown in color.

While the first slice is cooking, get started soaking the second slice in the remaining egg mixture.

Top with fresh Driscoll's Strawberries (or any other berries of your choice), and drizzle with your favorite type of syrup.

Bon appétit!
