Protein Dill Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup Prairie Farms Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 3 tbsp Fresh Dill
- ½ tbsp Dried Parsley
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- ½ tsp Dried Minced Onions
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to develop flavor.
Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
Note: Use Prairie Farms Lactose-Free Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream to make this dip lactose free.
