Papaya Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 ripe papaya, halved, seeded, peeled, and chopped
- 1 mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 jalapeño, halved, seeded, deveined, and finely diced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- Pinch salt
Directions
In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to develop flavors.
