- 1 package Budweiser BBQ Beer Bratwurst
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 jalapeño peppers
Heat brats according to package directions.
Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and slice jalapeños.
Slice bratwurst on the bias into bite size pieces.
Assemble brat slice, cheese cube and jalapeño slice on a toothpick. Plate and serve!
Serve with two or three mustards for dipping. For variety, you may wish to include a whole grain mustard, a horseradish mustard, and a dijonnaise. Flavored mayos—like sriracha or chipotle lime—work well, too.
