- 1 French hoagie roll
- 6 slices Genoa salami
- 4 slices Capicola
- 4 slices Soppressata
- 4 slices Mortadella
- 3 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 slices Homegrown tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- Drizzle Italian dressing
- ½ cup basil pesto
Build the sandwich by fist placing the lettuce on the bottom bun. Drizzle the lettuce with a little Italian dressing.
Next add the sliced tomato and season with salt and pepper.
Add the meats by folding or “ruffling” them and placing them on the tomato.
Place the cheese on top of the meat.
Smear the top bun with pesto and you’re ready to eat!
