- 1 package fresh spaghetti
- 4 Homegrown tomatoes, quartered
- ½ cup basil pesto
- 1 cup goat cheese crumbles
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan
- Sprinkle fresh basil, chopped
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Transfer pasta to a skillet and toss with tomatoes and pesto. Use a little of the pasta cooking water to create a saucy consistency.
When serving, sprinkle the pasta with the cheeses and chopped bail.
