Fresh Spaghetti with Homegrown Tomatoes, Pesto and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh spaghetti
  • 4 Homegrown tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup goat cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan
  • Sprinkle fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 5 minutes.

 

Transfer pasta to a skillet and toss with tomatoes and pesto. Use a little of the pasta cooking water to create a saucy consistency.

 

When serving, sprinkle the pasta with the cheeses and chopped bail.
