Ingredients
- 3 pounds frozen or fresh chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Place frozen wings in a large reclosable plastic bag. In a small bowl, combine Old Bay and cayenne pepper; reserve 2 teaspoons. Add remaining seasoning to wings. Seal bag; shake to coat.
Place chicken wings in a single layer on a rack of broiler pan that has been lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a 400°F. oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn wings and bake until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked, about 10-20 minutes.
Combine reserved seasoning with remaining ingredients in a 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on High stirring once for 2 minutes or until butter is melted, and sauce is smooth.
Place wings in a large serving bowl. Drizzle sauce over or toss to coat.
Serve with blue cheese, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce!
Makes about 2 ½ dozen
TIP: Heat levels vary for hot sauces. We used tobacco hot pepper sauce in this recipe.
