Creamy Garlic and Spinach Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 package Dierbergs 5-Cheese Ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest organic butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 cup Wild Harvest organic baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup Essential Everyday heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Wild Harvest organic milk
  • 1/3 cup Essential Everyday grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Cook ravioli according to package directions.

 

While the ravioli is cooking, place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.

 

Once butter is melted add garlic and shallot. Cook until aromatic, about 1 minute.

 

Add spinach and cook until lightly wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

 

While whisking, slowly add the milk and cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

 

Add the cooked ravioli and toss to coat. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
