Ingredients

  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups milk (cold)
  • 1 package Essential Everyday Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 8 oz Essential Everyday White Chocolate, melted
  • Orange food coloring

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix and milk. Use a mixer to beat for 1-2 minutes, until well combined. Divide mixture between four small serving vessels.

Transfer cookies to a plastic bag and crush with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin. Alternatively, pulse a few times in a food processor.

Top pudding with cookie crumbs.

Melt white chocolate and carefully stir in a few drops of orange food coloring. Dip each strawberry in chocolate, then transfer to parchment paper to set. Transfer any leftover chocolate to a small plastic bag and cut a small hole in one corner. Pipe lines on the strawberries to make them look more like carrots.

Place 1-2 “carrot” strawberries on top of each dirt patch and serve.
