- 3 ounces clear crème de cacao
- 1 ounce peppermint Schnapps
- 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
- Mini candy canes
Brush top edge of 2 martini glasses with white corn syrup. Fill saucer with crushed candy canes. Hold glass parallel to table. Dab rim into crushed candy canes while slowly turning glass so only outer edge is covered. Shake off any excess.
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add crème de cacao, Schnapps, and cream. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into rimmed glasses. Garnish with candy cane.
