Buffalo Ranch Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Dierbergs Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Corn Kernels removed from 4 ears of corn
- ¼ cup Dierbergs Fresh Cut sliced Green Onions
- ¼ cup thinly sliced celery
- ¼ cup Dierbergs Blue Cheese Crumbles
Directions
In a medium sized bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, and wing sauce until smooth. Stir in bacon, corn, and green onions. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and celery. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or carrot chips.
