Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1½ cup bourbon glaze
  • 3 local peaches
  • Vegetable oil as needed

Directions

Lightly oil and season the pork with your favorite grill rub or just use salt and pepper.

Cut the peaches in half and remove the seed. Lightly oil the peaches.

Place the pork on a hot spot on the grill and sear on all sides. Once seared move to a cooler spot on the grill. Brush with bourbon glaze and allow to cook to your desired doneness. Brush with the glaze periodically until done.

While the pork is cooking place the peaches on the hot spot to sear on some beautiful grill marks. Once marked they too can be moved to a cooler spot on the grill until they are soft but not mushy.

When the pork is done allow to rest on a cutting board for at 5-8 minutes. Once rested it can be sliced and plated with the warm grilled peaches. Drizzle with additional bourbon glaze and serve.
