Ingredients

  • 2 pounds heirloom tomatoes, sliced in ½ inch thick rounds
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • ¼ cup cocktail onions, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup sliced green olives
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Dierbergs Pure Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish

Directions

Lay sliced tomatoes on a platter and scatter celery, onions, and olives over top.

 

In a small bowl whisk all other ingredients together and drizzle over tomato salad.
