Bloody Mary Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pounds heirloom tomatoes, sliced in ½ inch thick rounds
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- ¼ cup cocktail onions, sliced in half
- ¼ cup sliced green olives
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons Dierbergs Pure Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish
Directions
Lay sliced tomatoes on a platter and scatter celery, onions, and olives over top.
In a small bowl whisk all other ingredients together and drizzle over tomato salad.
