1. How do I get my Birthday Reward?

Make sure you're signed into your Rewards account and then complete the "When's Your Birthday?" Survey. If you don't see the survey while signed-in, that means you've already completed it!

After you complete the survey telling us your birthday month, you should receive your Birthday Reward at the beginning of the month you selected. This Reward will be automatically added to your account (no clipping needed!) and is good for 31 days after receiving it.

Simply visit our bakery, choose a delicious treat priced at $5 or more, and enter your number at checkout to receive $5 off your purchase.

 

2. What is the Birthday Reward?

$5 off your purchase of $5 or more in our Bakery! So you get to decide what sweet treat you want to celebrate with. 🥳

 

3. How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?

This Reward will be automatically added to your account, so when you purchase something that is $5 or more in the Bakery (after entering in your Rewards # at checkout) while this Reward is still valid, the discount will apply.

Please note: You can't "save" the offer for a future bakery purchase, it will apply on the initial bakery purchase of $5 or more made within the month it was issued. 

This coupon can be redeemed in-store only.

 

4. How long do I have to redeem my Birthday Reward?

The Birthday Reward is good for 31 days, once added to your account. 

 

5. What happens if I fill out the "When's Your Birthday?" survey during my birthday month? Do I have to wait a year to get my Birthday Reward?

No, not necessarily. If you fill out the survey during your birthday month, you will see it clipped to your account within 48 hours of completing survey, as long as you complete it at least 2 days before the month is over.
