CHESTERFIELD, Mo. – August 12, 2026 - Dierbergs Markets will celebrate the opening of its newest store on Tuesday, August 18, when it welcomes customers to the Market at 370 development located at 3722 New Town Boulevard, St. Charles, MO 63301.

 

Beginning at 8:15 a.m., Dierbergs will host a public ceremony in front of the store to commemorate the opening of the company's 29th location. Members of the public and media are invited to attend the ceremony before the store officially opens for business at 9 a.m. The event will recognize the many associates, partners and community stakeholders who helped bring the project to life and will feature musical performances by students from Orchard Farm High School.

The new 73,000-square-foot supermarket will deliver an elevated shopping experience and will include a full-service Mercy Pharmacy, marking the 25th Dierbergs location to offer the in-store pharmacy service. Additional store features include Dierbergs Kitchen, featuring Bob’s BBQ, grab & go prepared foods and quality deli selections, Dierbergs Butcher Shop and Bakehouse, Bob’s Barn for beer, wine & spirits, a health and beauty center, and flower and gift shop.

 

The store also features an advanced refrigeration system powered by carbon dioxide (CO₂), a more natural alternative to traditional refrigerants. As an early adopter of this technology in the local grocery market, Dierbergs is using a more environmentally conscious solution that helps keep products fresh while reducing overall emissions.

 

Market at 370 will have buildings attached to each side of the grocery store, along with a separate multi-tenant building in front, adding approximately 28,000 square feet of additional retail, restaurant and service space. The development will continue to grow following the store opening, with additional tenant announcements expected in the coming weeks that will further enhance the New Town Boulevard corridor.

The new location will employ nearly 100 associates, with openings currently available in the Meat, Produce, and Maintenance departments.

 

Regular operating hours will be 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
