Pickapeppa Beef Kabobs


1½ pounds beef petite shoulder tender or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 red bell peppers, quartered, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 medium zucchini, cut into chunks
Wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
Dierbergs olive oil
Pickapeppa Glaze


Alternately thread beef and vegetables evenly onto skewers; lightly brush with olive oil. Place skewers on oiled grid over medium-high heat; cover and grill turning and basting with Glaze until meat is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
