Lemon Dill Shrimp Toasts


9 slices Dierbergs Bakery European Hearth Bread, cut into quarters and toasted
Blank Canvas Cheese Spread (recipe link below)
1 pound (31 to 40 count) Black Tiger shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
4 teaspoons dried dill weed
4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
9 lemon slices, quartered


Spread 1 tablespoon Cheese Spread over each toast. Top each with 1 shrimp. In small bowl, combine dill and lemon peel; sprinkle generous pinch over each shrimp. Top each toast with lemon quarter.
