Caribbean Glaze


1 jar (9 ounces) Major Grey’s chutney
12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
14 cup stone ground mustard
14 cup dark rum


In work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife blade or in blender container, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth. In small saucepan, heat sauce mixture over medium-high heat until boiling. Remove from heat; reserve about half to serve as sauce. Store in refrigerator.
