Dierbergs Opens 26th Store On Tuesday, Nov. 2nd in Lake Saint Louis

For Immediate Release: October 28, 2021

Dierbergs Markets is set to celebrate in St. Charles County on Tuesday, November 2nd, when it opens its new Lake Saint Louis store, located at the southwest corner of Ronald Reagan Drive and Orf Road, next to Lowes in the Shoppes of Hawk Ridge.

Beginning at 8:15 a.m. on November 2nd, the company will have a ceremony outside of the store to commemorate the opening of its 26th store to the community and to acknowledge the hard work of both associates and partners that successfully completed the project on schedule. The public is welcome to attend the ceremony prior to the store opening for business at 9:00 a.m.

“It was an all-in effort to finish the project on time to open by November 2nd,” said Greg Dierberg, President and CEO, Dierbergs Markets. “My family is incredibly proud of the drive and hard work from both our teams and our many partners to create this beautiful new store.”

The 71,000-square-foot store represents an evolution of the Dierbergs brand with a new store layout, interior design and a reimagination of our fresh food departments - Dierbergs Kitchen, Dierbergs Butcher Shop and Dierbergs Bakehouse. Our customer-favorite Party Center has been renamed Bob’s Barn and features a full-size wooden barn within store. Other highlights include a new health and beauty destination, pizza cove, flower & gift shop and a new Mercy Pharmacy.

“Customers can expect the same level of customer service and our dedication to quality and selection, consistent with other Dierbergs locations; and we hope they will enjoy the new design and special touches that add a fresh and energetic ambiance throughout the store.” Dierberg added.

More than 100 associates will be employed at the new location, as a result of recent hiring efforts; and an additional all-store hiring day event will be held on November 4th at each store, including the Lake Saint Louis location.

Dierbergs Lake Saint Louis is also bringing other new businesses to the community, with plans for the full site to include approximately 17,000-square-feet of adjoining retail space and two future building areas adjacent to Ronald Reagan Drive. Dierbergs and Capitol Land have begun securing leases, including The Post Sports Bar & Grill, Mercy Go-Health Urgent Care and Treats Unleashed with early commitments.

The store’s doors open to the public at 9 a.m. on November 2nd. The store hours are 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. seven days a week and plans to close on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and December 26th along with the rest of the company’s locations.
