"The most rewarding thing for me is to make a difference and help people succeed. Through my career with Dierbergs, this is what my experience has done for me and my family, and now I get to help do this for others.
I started in 1995 as a Deli Manager Trainee, during which time I learned about Dierbergs culture and how much we care about both our internal and external customers. Shortly after, I became a Deli Manager, which allowed me to work at many locations and manage different teams over the years. With every new store and team, I always met great people who shared their knowledge and provided support. Now, in my role as Deli/Seafood Supervisor, I oversee the deli departments of multiple store locations.
My start with Dierbergs was in a job that has since turned into a career. Dierbergs has believed in me andI believe in this company. I’m grateful for my career that’s allowed me to be a part of a great company with great food and great people!"
