St. Louis, August 2, 2007 – As part of a voluntary recall by Lakeside Foods, based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Dierbergs Markets has pulled Dierbergs French Style Green Beans (14.5 oz.) from its shelves. The recall is because some of the product may have been under processed, leading to the potential for contamination from harmful organisms that can lead to illness, such as botulism.
Dierbergs pulled the affected product that carried the UPC code 23933-10032.
Dierbergs customers can return this product to any Dierbergs store for a full refund.
