St. Louis, April 2, 2007 -- Dierbergs Markets received notification from Del Monte Pet Products of a voluntary recall of Jerky Treats Beef Flavor Dog Snacks, Gravy Train Beef Sticks and Pounce Meaty Morsels after finding that wheat gluten containing melamine was supplied to Del Monte Foods by the same company that also supplied Menu Foods. The contamination occurred in a limited production quantity of these items.
Dierbergs carried the following item named in the recall and has pulled it from its shelves:
