Signature Salmon Wellington
A flaky puff pastry surrounds a tender salmon fillet topped with a delicious mushroom duxelle, made with sautéed mushrooms, white wine and shallots. Ready to bake and serve. $4.99 ea.

Seafood En Papillote

A French classic that will make an ordinary dining experience unique and delicious! En Papillot refers to food baked in a parchment wrapping where the food steams in its own natural juices. Your favorite fish fillet will be topped with fresh mirepoix (julienne veggies) and a dollop of our Chardonnay Herb Butter and then wrapped in a parchment envelope ready to simply bake and serve! Right from the oven, place on individual plates and let your guests slice open their own entrée bundle, the steam will escape releasing a delicious aroma.

Made fresh to order with your choice of premium seafood (Yellowfin Tuna, Atlantic Salmon, Swordfish or Gulf Shrimp) and a colorful array of sweet bell peppers and red onions.
