Nothing makes a more dramatic presentation than our hand-crafted Crown Roast. From the rib portion of the loin, perhaps the tastiest of all pork cuts; it is expertly trimmed with bones Frenched, then formed into a circle and securely tied. To serve with stuffing, we recommend using one of our Kitchen's signature recipe stuffing's, but heating it separately and filling the roast just before serving. Stuffing the roast prior to cooking will increase the cooking time, risking the meat becoming over cooked and drying out.
