Menu selections, availability and pricing are subject to change. Some items are available on a seasonal basis only.

Ordering Locations & Information
  • Call or visit any Dierbergs Deli to place an order.
  • Request to speak to a Deli manager. Our management team is qualified to assist you with planning and ordering for your event. Should you need additional assistance or wish to inquire about a custom menu, one of our culinary professionals will be happy to consult with you.

Pick-Up / Delivery Information

  • Items ordered from this menu will be assembled and ready for pick-up at the Deli counter.
  • Items ordered from our Ultimate Party Guide should be picked up at the department in which the items were ordered.
  • Local delivery is available by an outside delivery company contracted by Dierbergs. Fees are calculated based on the number of items being delivered. Call your local Dierbergs Deli for details and pricing.

Heating Information

  • Heating is required for all heat-and-serve items as indicated on the menu. For maximum quality, the recommended method of heating, for most items, is a conventional oven and heating times are usually within one hour.
  • Most heat-and-serve items are conveniently packaged in oven-safe containers ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Requests for items to be picked up heated are handled on an individual store basis, depending on the size of the order and the capability of the store to properly heat and hold the product prior to pick-up at safe holding temperatures.

Proper Food Handling & Safety Guidelines
  • Our foods are prepared fresh with the utmost concern for proper food handling, sanitation and food safety. Every item is prepared and properly refrigerated prior to pickup.
  • After pick-up, for your safety, please keep foods refrigerated at or below 40 degrees F, and hot foods, after heating, at 140 degree F or higher.
  • After foods have been served, leftovers should be covered and immediately refrigerated at 40 degrees or below. Foods served on a buffet table, or that have not been maintained at the proper temperatures listed above, should be consumed within four hours or discarded.
