Beverage Guide
As a general rule, allow one beverage per person per hour for a four-hour gathering. If the gathering is longer, the rate of consumption will decrease. If you serve a champagne toast, plan on one drink per person.
Use the amounts listed below when serving a single beverage at your gathering. When you offer a combination of beverages, adjust the total amount to allow one beverage per person per hour.
