Match Tacos

1 pound Match Ground Beef

1 packet (1.25 ounces) McCormick® Taco Seasoning

 ¾ cup water

½ cup Garden Fresh Gourmet® Sweet Onion Salsa

1 package (12 count) La Tiara® White Corn Taco Shells

Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream

 

Crumble Match ground beef into medium skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning mix, water and salsa. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes. Divide mixture evenly among taco shells. Garnish with desired toppings.

 

Makes 12 tacos  

 


Sue Dierberg's Barbecue Cups


1 pound Match Ground Beef

½ cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon instant minced onion

1 can (10-count) refrigerated biscuits

2 cups (8 ounces) Dierbergs Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

 

Crumble Match ground beef into medium skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and minced onion. Lightly spray 10 muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray. Press 1 biscuit into each cup. Divide Match Ground Beef mixture evenly among biscuit cups. Sprinkle cheese over each cup.  Bake in 350ºF oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

 

Makes 10 biscuit cups

 

Make-Ahead Tip:  Bake biscuit cups as directed; cool in pan. Remove from pan and place in freezer-weight recloseable plastic bag, pressing to remove air from bag. Defrost frozen cups in microwave, then bake in 325ºF oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
