1 package (5 ounces) baby spinach
1 head Bibb or Boston lettuce (about 1/4 pound), torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onion (Maui, Vidalia, red)
1/2 cup fat free pomegranate blueberry vinaigrette dressing (available in Dierbergs Produce Department)
2 cups blueberries
1 cup halved strawberries
4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1 cup glazed walnuts (optional)
In large bowl, combine spinach, lettuce, and onion. Drizzle vinaigrette over greens; toss until well mixed. Arrange salad on individual serving plates. Top with berries, goat cheese, and nuts.
