1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch baking pan that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray. Top with even layer of blueberries. Dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
