blueberries
with almond cream

 


3 cups fresh blueberries

8 ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Toasted sliced almonds or toasted coconut

 

Spoon blueberries into 6 serving dishes. In small bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, and almond extract; spoon over berries. Sprinkle with almonds or coconut.

Makes 6 servings
