Grilled Honey Tenderloin

tender pork with a sweet and tangy glaze
2 whole pork tenderloins (about 1
   pound each)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
Trim silverskin from tenderloins. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Place tenderloins on grid over medium-hot heat. Cover and grill for 30 to 45 minutes, turning frequently and basting with sauce, until pork reaches internal temperature of 150 degrees F. Remove to platter; let stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
