Mmm - nothing beats these easy, freshly baked dinner rolls with a honey-butter glaze!1 package (16 ounces) hot roll mix
1 egg
1 cup hot (120˚ to 130˚F.) water
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3 tablespoons honey In large mixing bowl, prepare dough according to package directions, stirring in wheat germ and honey along with water, butter, and egg. Knead as directed on package, sprinkling with additional flour as needed to reduce stickiness. Cover dough with large bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. Divide dough into 16 equal-size pieces. Roll each piece of dough into 9-inch rope; gently tie into knot. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Bake in 375˚F. oven until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Brush Honey Butter Glaze over warm rolls.

Honey Butter Glaze
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
