Make your barbecue extra special with our twist on this traditional favorite.
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
Salt to taste

One of the following:
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato spread
1 tablespoon prepared pesto
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Remove yolks from cooked eggs; place in small bowl. Mash with fork until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Add your choice of flavoring ingredients. Season with salt. Spoon or pipe mixture into cooked egg halves.

Makes 2 dozen
EAT HEARTY TIP For reduced fat, use light mayonnaise and low fat sour cream.
