Cool, creamy, and bursting with flavor, this slaw goes well with any style barbecue.
1/2 cup mayonnaise (regular or low fat)
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 green onion, thinly sliced
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, tarragon, chives, salt, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients; toss to evenly mix. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
