A fun new way to enjoy classic BLT taste on a hot summer day.
8 ounces shell pasta
2/3 cup prepared ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 cups chopped tomatoes
8 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain. In 1-cup glass measure, stir together ranch dressing, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. In large bowl, combine pasta and green onion. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Just before serving, stir in tomatoes and bacon. Line serving dish with lettuce. Spoon pasta salad over lettuce.
Makes 6-8 servings
