Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - a true delight!3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces
5 to 6 cups fresh mixed berries
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Vanilla ice cream In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; set aside. In 9-inch deep dish pie plate, toss together berries, lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of the crumb mixture. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake in 375˚F. oven until berries are bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned, about 40 minutes. Serve warm topped with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
