Eating one of Lindsay Schardan’s pastries can instantly take someone to the streets of Paris. Her love of French cuisine shows in all of her creations, each one displaying elegance and Lindsay’s artistic ability.
Discovering her true passion for cooking when she first met her husband led Lindsay to pursue her culinary interests. Her at-home business, Cakes by Lindsay, specializes in custom cakes and small desserts, and has allowed her to perfect her skills.
Lindsay loves everything about being a pastry chef—cooking, teaching, and eating pastries. As she says, “Anything sweet takes the cake!” When it comes to picking her favorite ingredient, though, Lindsay has a hard time choosing because she loves them all. She believes in using fresh ingredients and allowing the food to speak for itself.
After leaving her classes, Lindsay hopes her guests can relax and enjoy how much fun cooking can be.
