Tomato, Sausage, and Onion Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

4 Dierbergs Italian Signature Sausages
1 pound Homegrown Tomatoes, diced
1 container Dierbergs Fresh Cut Diced Red Bell Peppers
1 container Dierbergs Fresh Cut Diced Red Onions
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons Dierbergs Pure Olive Oil
Reduced Balsamic Glaze

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet tray with non-stick foil. In a large bowl toss together tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Place mixture on sheet tray and place sausages on top of tomato mixture. Roast dinner for 20 minutes or till sausages are done thru. Drizzle sheet tray with balsamic glaze. Serve with side salad or toasted buns for sausages.
