Red, White, and Blueberry Fruit Salad


2 cups fresh strawberries
1 package (6 ounces) fresh blueberries
1 red apple
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


Remove caps from strawberries; slice berries and place in medium bowl. Add blueberries. Cut apple in half; use melon baller to remove core. Cut each apple half into bite-size pieces. Place apple in bowl with berries.

In small bowl, stir together honey and lime juice; drizzle over fruit and toss until well mixed. Let stand 15 minutes to develop flavors.

Spoon into individual covered plastic containers. Chill up to 4 hours.
