Poppy Seed Fruit Salsa


1¼ cups chopped fresh strawberries (about ½ pound)
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
1 jalapeño, halved, seeded, deveined, and finely diced
3 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Sweet ’n Spicy Chips (recipe link below)


In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except chips until well mixed. Let stand 15 minutes to develop flavors. Serve with Sweet ’n Spicy Chips.
