Fresh Tomato Salsa


1 container (10 ounces) grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup minced shallot
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Dierbergs extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro or Italian parsley
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper


In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to combine. Let stand 15 minutes to develop flavors.
