Fresh Cut Smoothie


1½ cups chopped fruit
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ to ½ cup juice (orange, pineapple, cranberry)
Toppings: Sliced fruit, nuts, granola, coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds


Place fruit in freezer-weight reclosable plastic bag; freeze until firm.

In blender container, combine frozen fruit and yogurt; blend until smooth. Add juice blending until desired consistency is reached. Add toppings as desired.


Our favorite fruit combinations were:

  • ½ cup each raspberries, blueberries, chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup each chopped pineapple, kiwi, strawberries
  • ½ cup each blueberries, chopped mango and strawberries
  • ½ cup each raspberries, blueberries, chopped pineapple
