Cape Cod Slush


1½ cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup gin or vodka
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
3 cups water
1 can (12 ounces) lemon-lime carbonated beverage
Mint sprigs (optional)


In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except mint. Pour into freezer container; cover and freeze overnight. To serve, spoon slush into wine glasses. Garnish each glass with mint sprig.
