Bloody Mary Salad


2 pounds heirloom tomatoes, sliced in ½ inch thick rounds
½ cup thinly sliced celery
¼ cup cocktail onions, sliced in half
¼ cup sliced green olives
2 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Dierbergs Pure Olive Oil
½ teaspoon celery seeds
1 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish


Lay sliced tomatoes on a platter and scatter celery, onions, and olives over top. In a small bowl whisk all other ingredients together and drizzle over tomato salad.
