Use of Dierbergs Gift Cards and Fund Raising cards constitute acceptance of these terms: The gift card has no value until purchased. Card is not a credit or debit card. Treat as cash. This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Dierbergs gift card carries no expiration date. After 12 consecutive months of non-use, a dormant-account fee of $1.50 per month will be deducted from any remaining available balance until the balance is $0 or the card is used again (except where prohibited by state law).
