Grilled Portabellas


4 portabella mushroom caps
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano


Place portabella caps stem-side up on plate. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make vinaigrette. Brush portabellas with some of the vinaigrette. Let stand 5 minutes. Grill or broil for 4 to 5 minutes per side, brushing top of cap with remaining vinaigrette. Makes 4 servings
