St. Louis, May 24, 2010 - Dierbergs does not carry the product named in Fresh Express’ recall of Romaine-based ready-to-eat salads.
Fresh Express is recalling a specific selection of Fresh Express Romaine-based ready-to-eat salads with use-by dates of May 13 through May 16 and an “S” in the product code. The S code represents a Salinas manufacturing code where one single package of Fresh Express hearts of Romaine Salad was confirmed positive for Salmonella.
Dierbergs does not carry product produced in the Salinas facility.
