Dierbergs Puppy Chow Snack Mix
Dierbergs Markets has issued a pre-cautionary warning related to a kitchen-produced Puppy Chow snack mix sold in its bakery. The product contains undeclared Soy Lecithin, an allergen that can, in rare instances, cause an allergic reaction for those following soy-allergy diets.
Dierbergs learned today soy lecithin was included in a supplier’s chocolate that is used as an ingredient in the mix. Dierbergs has pulled the product from its shelves and is re-labeling all packaging containing the Puppy Chow snack mix.
Customers with concerns about soy allergens who have purchased this product may return it to any Dierbergs for a full refund.
